Operations & Maintenance

A dead charger costs more than the repair. We keep them alive.

Faith Energy services nearly every major charging brand — whoever installed it. Remote-first diagnostics resolve most faults in minutes; licensed electricians handle everything past the plug; preventative maintenance catches wear before it becomes downtime.

Coverage That Fits

From break-fix to full coverage — one number to call.

Juggling OEM warranties, network portals, and unreturned installer calls is its own job. We replace it with one accountable partner and a predictable budget line.

On-Demand

Break-fix repair with 24/7 support, no plan required. Remote triage first; a truck rolls only when the fix needs hands. The right entry point for small sites — and the way many clients discover what a plan would have saved.

Service Plans

Tiered annual coverage: repair labor with preventative maintenance included, up to full parts-and-labor protection with active monitoring. Higher tiers add a dedicated technician who knows your sites by name.

Preventative Maintenance

Scheduled visits — inspection, connector and cable evaluation, firmware and software checks, live charge testing, safety assessment, and a written condition report. Labor and travel included; flexible cadence up to weekly for high-duty sites.

Extended Coverage

Extend protection beyond the manufacturer's standard warranty, with parts coverage — regardless of who installed the equipment. We also administer OEM warranty claims on your behalf, so covered repairs actually get covered.

Uptime Programs

For funded corridor sites and public networks: NEVI requires >97% uptime per port for five years. We build the monitoring, dispatch, and parts strategy that makes that number achievable — and reportable.

Multi-Site Fleets

Portfolio dashboards, standardized PM calendars, and consolidated reporting across brands and networks — one contract covering every site, every charger, every make.

Brand-Agnostic By Design

Nearly every major brand. Remote-first every time.

Brands we service

Installed by us or anyone else:

  • ChargePoint · ABB · Autel · Tesla · Wallbox
  • Blink · FLO · BTC Power · Lincoln Electric · Charge Rigs
  • Tritium · Delta · Eaton · Zerova · LiteOn · and more
  • Level 2 and DC fast — including liquid-cooled cable systems
  • Mixed-brand portfolios welcome; that's most of our service work

How an incident actually runs

  • Detect: monitoring or your call — 24/7 either way
  • Resolve remotely: resets, config, network, firmware — roughly three quarters of faults end here, in minutes
  • Dispatch smart: when hands are needed, the technician arrives knowing the fault, with the likely part
  • Fix past the plug: as a licensed electrical contractor we repair the breaker, wiring, and switchgear side too — where charger-only service companies stop
  • Report: every intervention logged; uptime and spend documented monthly

Why Now

The first big wave of commercial chargers is aging out of grace.

Charger performance typically begins declining around years five to seven — connectors, cables, cooling, and power electronics wear with duty cycles and weather. Thousands of early-deployment chargers are crossing that line right now, many with expired warranties and vanished installers. A preventative program started this year is dramatically cheaper than the downtime discovered next year.

Straight Answers

Service questions we hear weekly.

Can you service chargers you didn't install?

Yes — that's most of our service book. Brand-agnostic coverage across nearly every major manufacturer, regardless of the original installer.

What's included in a preventative maintenance visit?

Inspection, connector and cable evaluation, software and firmware checks, live performance testing, safety assessment, physical corrections like cable stress relief, and a written condition report per charger.

Do I need a plan, or can I just call when something breaks?

On-Demand exists for exactly that. But monitored plans resolve most faults remotely in minutes and catch wear early — over a year, they're usually cheaper than two truck rolls and the lost sessions in between.

Can you take over service for a NEVI or utility-funded site?

Yes. Funded sites carry uptime obligations — NEVI requires better than 97% per port. We build the monitoring, dispatch, and reporting to meet and prove it.
